Description
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production of accurate and timely client and fund reports, including Quarterly Investment Reports. This includes ensuring that production controls are followed and effectively used by the team, handling daily stakeholder communication professionally and efficiently, and drafting and maintaining procedural documentation aligned with best practices. You will also be required to maintain and update global, regional, and country reporting templates to meet compliance requirements, collaborate across business functions and regions to coordinate report production and resolve queries, investigate and resolve discrepancies, client queries, and reporting exceptions, identify inefficiencies in the reporting process and implement improvements, support reporting system updates and process enhancements, stay updated on regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance, contribute to management information and KPIs for senior leadership, and participate in reporting-related projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in reporting or data functions - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines - Strong team player with a delivery-focused mindset About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation.
