Job Description

As a Performance Management Analyst in the Performance Services team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable performance reporting and analysis to internal clients such as fund managers, product managers, and client directors. Your role will involve utilizing the Bi-Sam performance and attribution reporting system to ensure integrated data control, calculations, and reporting for all accounts within agreed service levels. Your main duties will include enhancing your knowledge of investment strategies and associated attribution requirements, collaborating with Fund and Product Managers to develop reporting solutions for new products, and maintaining updated procedure notes. It is crucial to ensure that performance and attribution are calculated and reported accurately, following established procedures and controls. You will also provide analysis and consultancy on GIPS composites, resolve performance system issues, and act as an escalation point for junior team members. In addition to resolving queries within acceptable timeframes and identifying areas for process efficiencies, you will provide training to junior analysts, offer mentorship, and share your expertise to guide their professional development. Evaluating and testing new processes, conducting thorough investigations into complex issues, and serving as a subject matter expert are essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a degree or A Level in a numerate subject, with IAQ/IMC preferred. Experience in working with internal clients, delivering to tight deadlines, and prioritizing conflicting requirements is necessary. A good understanding of investment instruments, derivative instruments, complex investment products, and AI fundamentals is required. Technical expertise in GIPS composites, attribution methodologies, and investment processes, as well as proficiency in Excel and other relevant software, will be advantageous. Overall, your role as a Performance Management Analyst will involve providing high-quality performance reporting and analysis, collaborating with internal clients and team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows to ensure accurate and reliable performance reporting.,
