Associate I - Fund Mandates

As an Analyst at UST in Kochi, your role will involve supporting the Reporting Team in creating, reviewing, and maintaining client and fund reporting outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Support the team in creating and checking client and fund reporting outputs. - Learn and apply reporting procedures, controls, and compliance requirements. - Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and template maintenance. - Respond to straightforward queries and escalate complex issues appropriately. - Update and maintain process documentation as required. - Develop a foundational understanding of reporting processes and requirements. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding or exposure to financial services or fund reporting environments. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. - Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and data integrity. - Ability to follow instructions and established procedures effectively. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn. - Commitment to personal and professional development.
