Associate I - Asset Servicing

As a Voice & Data Associate (Entry-Level) Asset Servicing at UST, you will be responsible for handling customer support calls and processing data transactions efficiently and accurately. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** As a Voice Associate, you will: - Handle customer support calls effectively and efficiently. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete processes. - Attempt issue resolution or escalate to a more knowledgeable team member within SLA parameters. As a Data Associate, you will: - Accurately and efficiently process assigned transactions within defined timelines. - Maintain quality and accuracy of outputs in strict alignment with SLAs. **Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:** Under continuous guidance, you are expected to: - Ensure 100% adherence to client-defined SLAs across quality, productivity, and turnaround. - Enter and verify data in line with SOPs (for Data). - Accurately manage call responses and complete post-call updates (for Voice). - Actively participate in coaching sessions and take steps to improve performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Less than 2 years of professional experience in a customer support or data processing environment. - English comprehension (Reading, Writing, Speaking). - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word). - Exposure to call-handling or data-processing platforms is a plus. **Additional Details about UST:** UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
