Job Description

As a Voice & Data Associate at UST, you will be responsible for handling customer support calls and processing data transactions accurately and efficiently. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and adherence to client-defined SLAs. Your role will involve resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and participating in training sessions to enhance your skills. Key Responsibilities & Outcomes - Ensure 100% adherence to client-defined SLAs in quality, productivity, and turnaround. - Process data transactions accurately per SOPs and manage call responses effectively. - Stay updated on client process/product changes and comply with organizational policies and SOPs. - Identify and resolve tickets or incidents, escalating as per guidelines. - Attend training sessions to improve domain knowledge and performance. - Monitor support requests, report task status, and collaborate with peers for issue resolution. - Use internal resources to enhance process knowledge and accuracy. Measures of Success (KPIs) - Adherence to quality and process standards. - Timely completion of tasks within defined turnaround times. - Accurate resolution of issues with zero client escalations. - Completion of mandatory training programs and minimal non-compliance with SOPs. Skills & Competencies Behavioral Competencies: - Customer Focus - Attention to Detail - Teamwork - Clear communication skills both in voice and data - Willingness to Learn Technical Competencies: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Typing and data entry skills - Basic familiarity with ticketing or support tools - Exposure to call-handling or data-processing platforms is a plus Experience & Knowledge - Less than 2 years of professional experience in customer support or data processing - Essential knowledge of English, Windows OS, MS Excel, and Word - Exposure to Asset Servicing, Banking, or Trade Operations preferred Asset Servicing Focus Key Responsibilities - Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks - Escalation of critical issues based on defined criteria - Resolution of mismatches in cash or stock reconciliations - Responding to queries with professionalism - Contributing ideas for process improvement This role at UST is ideal for candidates starting their career in customer service, operations, or financial services, offering guided mentorship and opportunities for skill development within a supportive team environment.
