Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end

    compensation processes

    , including salary revisions, bonuses, and incentive payouts
  • Maintain and audit

    compensation data

    (job codes, pay grades, pay structures) in

    Workday

  • Support

    annual merit and bonus cycles

    through data validation and system updates
  • Prepare compensation reports and assist with

    market pricing and internal equity analysis

  • Handle

    Tier 0 / Tier 1 employee & manager queries

    related to compensation and incentives
  • Administer

    US employee benefits

    including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans (401k, pension)
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR and benefits systems (new hires, changes, exits)
  • Coordinate with

    external vendors

    and client-retained teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with US managers for

    approvals, workflows, and compensation decisions

  • Support

    annual enrollment, HR data updates, UAT/testing

    , and system enhancements
  • Coordinate data access with vendors for

    engagement surveys and HR initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years

    of experience in

    Compensation & Benefits

    (US exposure preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Workday Compensation modules

  • Exposure to HR Operations is an added advantage
  • Bachelors degree in

    HR / Business Administration / Finance

    or related field
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Strong attention to

    data accuracy, compliance, and documentation

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of

    compensation principles, pay equity, and benefits administration

  • Advanced

    MS Excel skills

    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to analyze and generate

    compensation & benefits reports

  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • High level of confidentiality while handling

    sensitive employee & financial data

  • Customer-focused mindset with quick query resolution ability
