Associate Graphic Designer

As an Associate Graphic Designer at Shirke's Media Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a fast-growing, full-service digital marketing agency specializing in real estate, interior design, and lifestyle brands. You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and more. Your responsibilities will include designing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print, as well as developing creative assets like Instagram Reels covers, YouTube thumbnails, banners, and marketing collaterals. Collaboration with the digital marketing team and senior designers to execute campaign concepts will be key, ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience, agency experience being a plus. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, etc., is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work, along with a good understanding of digital platforms and social media requirements, will be beneficial. Your strong visual, typographic, and layout skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, will be highly valued.
