Associate Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our industrial marketing, product merchandising , and exhibition design efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the visual identity of our pump and motor products through engaging marketing content, dealer/distributor point-of-sale materials, and impactful trade fair displays. Role & responsibilities Design brochures, catalogues, technical datasheets, and product manuals for pumps, motors, and related equipment. Develop branded visual content for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns) and print media (flyers, banners, signage). Create point-of-sale (POS) materials and merchandising displays for dealer/distributor locations across India. Design 2D/3D layouts and graphic panels for exhibitions, trade shows, and industrial expos (e.g., Elecrama, IFAT, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product launch visuals, case studies, and internal communication material. Ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency in all visual outputs. Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for print production and stall setup execution. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools for spatial/exhibition design (e.g., CorelDRAW, SketchUp). Experience designing for trade fairs, B2B exhibitions, and industrial merchandising. Understanding of engineering product representation, technical illustrations, and layout planning. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
