Associate - Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

* Presentation Design: Design and enhance high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investor awareness programs, sales pitches, and board meetings. This includes revamping existing product presentations to ensure visual appeal and clarity.

* New Creative Development: Conceptualize and design compelling new creatives for New Fund Offers (NFOs), ensuring they align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

* Event Collateral: Design visually appealing invitations, banners, standees, and other collateral for investor events, webinars, and internal gatherings.

* Scheme Communications: Develop clear, concise, and aesthetically pleasing scheme one-pagers and factsheets that effectively summarize product information.

* Branding & Identity: Design new logos and visual identities for various Intellectual Properties (IPs) and operational initiatives within the company, ensuring consistency with the overall brand.

* Creative Adaptations: Adapt master creative templates for various campaigns and platforms (digital, print, social media), ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance.

* Marketing Support: Provide design support for various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media graphics, website visuals, and emailers.

* Brand Guardianship: Ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.

* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and compliance teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

* Software Proficiency: Maintain expert-level proficiency in design software, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the financial services or a regulated industry.

* Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design skills.

* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

* Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and visually engaging designs.

* Experience with motion graphics or video editing (a plus).

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including presentations, branding, and marketing collateral.
