The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of operational administration practices and regulations, along with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.   Roles & Responsibilities:   ·        Provide cross-functional operational support to various departments and projects as required. ·        Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as delegated. ·        Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests. ·        Possess a solid understanding of technical systems and devices. ·        Draft, manage, and respond to professional correspondence via email. ·        Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills. ·        Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. ·        Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and key stakeholders throughout the event planning process.   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application (BCA)/ B. Com or its equivalent Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software. Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners Job Type: Full-time (day shift) Location: Chandkheda, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000/- per month Time: 10 AM - 06 PM
