As a key member of the Founder's Office at Artha Group, you will play a crucial role in venture capital operations. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate communication between the Founder, Principals, Associates, and ongoing deals. Your tasks will include: - Tracking deal progress, follow-ups, bottlenecks, and IC preparation across the venture team. - Representing the Founder in meetings, review calls, and negotiations when necessary. - Managing internal execution hygiene to ensure no drop-offs, delays, or errors. - Coordinating with LPs, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate high-priority workflows. This role offers you a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner and gain insight into fund-level decision-making processes. Your performance in this role over the next 2-3 years could lead to advancement to a Principal or higher position within the organization. You will be responsible for leading strategic deal execution and flow tracking, including: - Tracking live deals from sourcing to diligence, memos, and legal proceedings. - Ensuring all meetings result in documented follow-ups, accountability, and timely execution. - Attending key calls and meetings to provide support and ensure efficient post-call tracking. Additionally, you will provide support across venture operations by: - Filtering and prioritizing requests from Principals and Associates before escalating to the Founder. - Preparing briefing notes, data sheets, and key context for Founder meetings. - Drafting and refining notes, IC pre-reads, investor decks, and strategic updates. Your role will also involve cross-team and external coordination, such as: - Serving as a liaison between the investment team, legal department, fund operations, and external advisors. - Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and dependencies among various stakeholders. - Maintaining deal momentum and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You should be a detail-oriented VC professional with a background in venture capital, private equity, or fund operations, and possess the following qualifications: - MBA or CA degree is required. - 3-5 years of experience in VC/PE/fund investing or related roles. - Strong understanding of venture capital workflows, including sourcing, diligence, IC processes, and legal aspects. - Proven track record in execution, prioritization, and coordination roles. - Excellent writing skills for crafting sharp notes, memos, decks, and follow-ups. The compensation structure for this role includes a total annual package of 26,50,000, comprising a fixed annual salary of 20,00,000, a confirmed annual retention bonus of 3,25,000, and a 3,25,000 ESOP grant. Additionally, performance bonuses and carry participation will be determined based on your execution, deal support, and impact on fund operations.
