Associate Financial Control

The Associate Financial Control - TF role at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India involves being part of the Business Finance function, responsible for business level revenue attribution, financial accounting, and financial disclosures. Your main tasks would include ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Profit and Loss (PnL) for each business unit, understanding and explaining the drivers behind risk positions and PnL, and ensuring that all of the Bank's transactions and positions are correctly reflected in the Bank's accounting records in compliance with relevant accounting standards. As an Associate Financial Control - TF, you will be responsible for the production of daily T+1 P&L, attribution, and analysis, as well as providing daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers. You will also be involved in break investigation and resolution, model risk control exceptions resolution, and stakeholder management by promptly responding to queries from various departments. To excel in this role, you should have financial control and product control experience in Investment Banking, a strong understanding of financial market products, particularly Fixed Income products, and knowledge of IFRS/GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, time management skills, and exposure to multiple front office systems are essential. Ideally, you should be a qualified MBA/Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA.
