Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Finance Shared Services at Teamware Solutions in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls within CIB North America entities. Your role will involve conducting control testing in accordance with the COSO 2013 internal control framework and supporting management in making assertions over the effectiveness of financial and regulatory reporting controls. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between ISPL and the US team for the control testing program. - Perform substantive testing of controls for high-risk areas within various CIB NA functions. - Conduct control testing related to financial areas and ensure accuracy in test execution. - Review testing performed by junior analysts, provide guidance, and feedback. - Identify and escalate control gaps to the US team for timely remediation. - Support and guide control owners in implementing corrective actions.
