We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience to join our team as an Experience Management Associate in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage staffing demands and monitor intake channels to ensure optimal resource utilization. Create staff schedules to maximize service delivery and minimize costs. Update resource schedules on the schedule management tool (Retain) in a timely manner. Review and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Proactively review resource availability and future project demands to identify areas for improvement. Minimize open, unfulfilled demand and optimize resource utilization through effective deployment. Perform basic reporting and analysis. ### Job Requirements Graduates with 0-1 year of relevant workforce management experience or non-resource management professionals with 1 year of general work experience in any field that display required skillset competencies can apply. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate basic knowledge of MS Excel. Exhibit excellent teaming and interpersonal skills. Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to excel under tight timelines. Have experience in workforce management concepts, resource deployment, and scheduling. Be a go-getter with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset, passionate about numbers and willing to learn. Combine computer skills and mathematical ability with working knowledge of the business and negotiation skills of a salesman.
