Associate Executive - Enterprise Risk Management

The position of Associate Executive - Enterprise Risk Management based in Pune is offering a full-time employment opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience. In this role, you will be involved in various tasks related to enterprise risk management, including assisting in identifying and assessing potential risks to the organization's growth, operations, finances, and reputation. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations on risk-related matters for senior management and stakeholders, tracking key risk indicators, and contributing to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and plans. Additionally, you will conduct research on industry best practices and emerging risks to keep the organization informed, analyze data to assess risk trends and patterns, and create customized whitepapers and research analysis to support risk communication across the organization. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining records and documentation related to risk assessments, stakeholder discussions, policy and framework documentation, and compliance efforts. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in any stream or MBA, along with prior experience or internship in a reputed Audit Firm handling Internal Audit and ERM engagements.
