About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our IT Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in IT with hands-on experience in Windows systems, networking, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for Windows desktop and server environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with senior engineers for escalated issues
• Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and Operating Systems (especially Windows)
• Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop Support
• Interest or exposure to Automation tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
