Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving production issues related to Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth Quality inspection processes and team co-ordination.
Conduct regular quality checks, including cell-level diagnostics and battery performance assessments, to ensure optimal product integrity
Document test results, quality reports and data for tracking and process improvement, Hands on experience on Audit activity and Non- conformity closure on open points.
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams for meeting and decision making for Battery analysis
Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process quality and identify the failure modes
Excellent communication skills for reporting quality aspect metrics and presenting reports to senior management.
Ability to pre-inspect battery diagnostics and repair dashboards to key stakeholders regularly.
