Associate Engineer Methods & Tools

Role Overview: You will be part of the Airbus India - Methods and Tools team, a transverse team working with different core engineering verticals in Airbus. The team's main focus is to provide digital solutions to engineering problems in a multi-functional environment. Your role will involve working as a team member with core engineering domain knowledge and software development skills to enable various digitization initiatives across Airbus using the latest technologies and domain expertise available. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with engineering domain experts to understand business requirements - Understand business processes and data flows across domains - Detail requirements for software development - Coding - Perform data analysis and algorithm development based on engineering needs - Follow Agile Development methods Qualifications Required: - Dynamic, proactive, good team player, and possess good communication skills - Problem-solving skills - Creative, curious, and open-minded for change and continuous improvement - Interested in learning different software technologies - Strong knowledge of data structures - Good coding skills in C/C++/C#/Java - Knowledge of Python, R (Nice to have) - Knowledge of database technologies (Nice to have) - Introduction to AWS/MS Azure (Nice to have) - Very good analytical and reasoning skills - Strong communication skills Additional Company Details: Airbus India Private Limited is committed to equal opportunities for all and will never ask for any monetary exchange during the recruitment process.
