Associate Engagement Lead - MDM

Role Overview: As an Associate Engagement Lead at ProcDNA, you will leverage data to unravel complexities and devise strategic solutions that deliver tangible results for clients. You will collaborate with various teams to drive data design, identify risks, and improve the data landscape through the development and refinement of data models. Your role will involve utilizing technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop and test high-quality data solutions. Leading hands-on development and documenting complex MDM solutions will also be part of your responsibilities, with a specific focus on data quality and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teams to drive data design and improve data landscape through the development and refinement of data models - Utilize technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop and test high-quality data solutions - Lead hands-on development and document complex MDM solutions, including source-to-target mappings, match-merge rules, survivorship rules, and MDM architecture design considerations - Lead and deliver data-centric projects focusing on data quality, adherence to standards, and best practices Qualifications Required: - Computer Science degree with 2-5 years of experience in MDM configurations in the pharmaceutical domain - Experience in configuring MDM tools such as Match & Merge, survivorship rules, base objects, queries, and packages - Expertise in MDM concepts and implementing complex MDM systems from scratch - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with a quality-focused approach - Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions - Knowledge of Azure and AWS - Familiarity with healthcare data sources like SP/SD, IQVIA, and claims is a plus,
