Elevate is recruiting an
Associate
for our Contract team. As Associate in the Contracts Managed Services Team, you will support global client engagements by drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the negotiation of commercial contracts. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations, internal standards, and best practices. This role offers exposure to international contracting processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Specifically, the Associate will
- Draft and review standard commercial contracts and legal documents under supervision.
- Apply client-specific instructions and playbook positions with attention to detail.
- Redline and revise contracts based on feedback from senior team members or client stakeholders.
- Support in preparing summaries or comparison documents for contract versions.
- Ensure deliverables meet client playbook requirements and internal quality standards.
- Maintain version control and document hygiene across engagements.
- Flag inconsistencies or potential risks in the contracts.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, legal counsel, and internal teams to gather inputs and clarify requirements.
- Participate in calls and meetings with guidance from senior team members
- Engage in continuous learning to build expertise in commercial contracting.
- Seek feedback and mentorship from senior colleagues to improve performance.
- Assist in onboarding activities for fellow new joiners by sharing basic process knowledge.
- Participate in training sessions and team discussions to enhance drafting capabilities.

Experience
- 03 years of experience in commercial contract drafting, review, or legal support.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to document management systems and workflow tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law; candidates with relevant legal internships preferred.
