Job Description

As the High Net-Worth Lending (HNWL) Documentation Specialist at Morgan Stanley, you will play a crucial role in the establishment of credit facilities by reviewing and delivering document packages to clients. Your responsibilities will include leveraging internal systems to prepare and assemble DocuSign/eSign envelopes for loan documentation, overseeing electronic signature workflows, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and client requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail in all client-facing deliverables. Additionally, you will actively monitor the electronic signature process, troubleshoot and resolve any issues, and optimize documentation processes in alignment with best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in operations and/or financial services, along with a Bachelor's degree in finance. Knowledge of financial services products such as equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, and lending is essential. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and internal applications, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, will be key to your success. You should also demonstrate strong time management skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
