Associate Director - Strategy

As a part of the CEO's office at Truemeds, you will play a crucial role in owning and executing end-to-end strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on a variety of projects such as Strategy, Data Analytics, Supply chain optimization, Growth Projects, and Finance, requiring you to wear multiple hats and excel at managing them effectively. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business with a primary focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and experience. - Initiating and executing strategic partnerships to drive growth and value optimization. - Identifying and addressing the company's pain points by devising projects aimed at improving key performance indicators like unit economics and repeat business. - Brainstorming and exploring new business opportunities to expand beyond the primary business. - Being at the forefront of building the next big consumer Internet Company. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of post-MBA experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, PE / VC, or start-up environments. - Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills, with the ability to analyze plans, brainstorm ideas, and see them through to completion. - An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to taking ownership and achieving goals. - Proficiency in deriving insights from data and making data-driven decisions. - A mindset focused on maximizing productivity and making each day impactful.
