Associate Director - Strategy

You will be part of a dynamic team in Truemeds, working closely with the CEO's office to drive strategic initiatives and their successful implementation. This role is pivotal within the company, focusing on high-impact projects that encompass both strategic planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in a wide array of areas such as strategy development, data analytics, supply chain optimization, growth projects, and finance. You will be expected to juggle multiple roles effectively. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and experience through business scaling. - Spearheading strategic partnerships to drive growth and maximize value. - Identifying and addressing key challenges faced by the company, developing projects to enhance key performance indicators and overall business metrics. - Exploring and developing new business avenues to expand beyond the core operations.
