Key Responsibilities: - Maximizing sales performance to achieve revenue targets for yourself and the team through liability products like Current/Savings/Term deposits, wealth management products, and various asset-related products (secured, unsecured). - Supporting new product launches and leading new sales initiatives. - Developing strategies to acquire large prospective customers through referrals and maximizing market share in the branch's catchment area through below the line activities and promotions. - Coordinating customer events in collaboration with the product team.
