In this role at Standard Chartered in Chennai, as a Relationship Manager for NRI Priority relationships in Retail Banking, your primary focus will be on acquiring, growing, and deepening relationships through effective relationship management. You will be responsible for analyzing and satisfying customers' financial and investment needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Maximizing sales performance to achieve revenue targets for yourself and the team through liability products like Current/Savings/Term deposits, wealth management products, and various asset-related products (secured, unsecured). - Supporting new product launches and leading new sales initiatives. - Developing strategies to acquire large prospective customers through referrals and maximizing market share in the branch's catchment area through below the line activities and promotions. - Coordinating customer events in collaboration with the product team. Qualifications: - Wealth Advisory/Management experience. - Client Relationship Management skills. - Portfolio Management expertise.
