Associate Director, Finance

As an Associate Director - Finance at Simplilearn, your role will be crucial in scaling and elevating Simplilearn's financial systems and processes to a world-class level, especially as the company is experiencing hyper-growth and preparing for an IPO listing within a two-year timeframe. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors and the Audit Committee to ensure timely audits and implementation of control improvements. Additionally, you will lead the automation of end-to-end processes, including the implementation of new ERP systems and finance technology products to enhance the efficiency of the finance team. Your role will also include the implementation of IFRS, US GAAP, ITGC controls, and preparing the organization for the IPO. Key Responsibilities: - Set up the General review process and implement process controls. - Work on IPO preparations. - Drive Timely, Accurate, and High-Quality Month Close, including Consolidation. - Ensure Timely Completion of Stat & Internal Audits. - Lead automation initiatives and ERP rollouts. - Manage treasury portfolio of Rs.230 crores and cash flow forecast. - Collaborate with FP&A Teams to ensure complete data capture in Accounting Systems for faster Management Reporting & Analysis. Qualifications: - 9-12+ Years of Work Experience in relevant sectors such as IT, ITES, E-Commerce, or SaaS. - Experience working on Finance Systems, ranging from Zoho/Tally to Oracle/SAP. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel skills. - Strong Communication Skills. - Chartered Accountant qualification, preferably with Big 4 experience. - Passion for driving simplification and automation.
