Associate Director (Enterprise Architecture)

As an Associate Director Enterprise Architecture at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term technology strategy, architectural governance, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with business strategy and digital transformation goals. - Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing digital opportunities and technology decision-making. - Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to understand enterprise needs and shape solution direction. - Defining, implementing, and governing architectural standards, principles, and compliance frameworks across the organization. - Leading architecture review boards and ensuring regulatory and internal policy adherence. - Recommending best-fit technologies across cloud, analytics, integration, and automation for seamless integration with legacy systems. - Overseeing the design of end-to-end digital solutions and driving innovation through pilots, PoCs, and stable core platform performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12-15 years of experience in product engineering, application development, or enterprise architecture, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing industries. - Mandatory experience working with SAP and Salesforce architecture at any stage of your career. - Solid understanding of cloud and data architecture principles, security frameworks, and scalability considerations. - Strong knowledge of the enterprise value chain, particularly in Sales and Supply Chain domains. - Proven track record in driving large-scale digital transformation programs end-to-end. - Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP, integration frameworks like APIs/Middleware, analytics, and cybersecurity. - A degree in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or an MBA.
