Associate Director - Deal Advisory Services

As a Manager in the Deal Advisory Services department at BDO India, your primary role will be to provide expert advice and guidance on Merger & Acquisition Tax matters. You will be responsible for structuring transactions in compliance with evolving tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support from start to finish. Your core responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research on transaction tax laws, both domestic and international, and applying this knowledge to advise clients effectively. You will be involved in performing direct tax due diligence on targets, preparing detailed reports, and delivering insights through various mediums such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or email. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulatory developments, sharing valuable insights with both clients and colleagues. Your analytical capabilities, coupled with creative and innovative thinking, will be essential in providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. As a leader within the team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills.
