Associate Director - Business Finance (Super Store)

As the AD - Business Finance at Zepto, your role involves using data to influence strategic decision-making and planning. You will independently align financial and operational analyses with your business partners, challenging assumptions when necessary. Ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies is crucial, including monitoring forecast accuracy, understanding variances, and providing insightful commentary & analysis. Your solid financial knowledge and business acumen will be utilized to build financial models and analyses with little guidance, making recommendations that drive results and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for both OPEX and Capex. - Perform ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling. - Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives. - Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations. Qualifications Required: - CA / MBA with 8-12 years of work experience, preferably in MNCs or E-commerce domain. - Attention to detail and deep knowledge. - Data-driven individuals with a high level of ownership. - Bias for action and intensity to drive business results.
