Associate DevOps Engineer

You are a passionate and self-motivated Associate DevOps Engineer with 2 years of experience, seeking to support cloud infrastructure and automation efforts. You have basic exposure to cloud platforms, scripting, and modern DevOps tools, and you are looking to grow your career in infrastructure, automation, and cloud technologies. Your key responsibilities include managing and maintaining Linux-based servers and environments, supporting Docker-based containerization for application packaging and deployment, deploying and managing AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and Amplify, setting up DNS, troubleshooting, and configuring domains, writing and maintaining Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code (IaC), automating routine tasks using Bash or Python scripting, collaborating with senior DevOps and development teams on deployments and system improvements, and monitoring systems to report any issues to the relevant teams. You should have a basic understanding of Linux system administration, familiarity with Docker and container concepts, exposure to AWS services (especially EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Amplify), basic knowledge of DNS and networking fundamentals, introductory knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure automation, scripting experience with Bash and/or Python, and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. It would be good to have hands-on experience with any personal or academic DevOps projects, understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git), and AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certification (optional).
