Purpose of Job As an Associate Developer, you will support the Mainsail engineering team with foundational development tasks including front-end integration, code maintenance, and basic data operations. This role is designed for early-career developers or recent graduates looking to build strong hands-on skills with Microsoft technologies in a collaborative, cloud-based SaaS environment. Well trust you to: Contribute to UI integration and assist in consuming RESTful APIs in collaboration with front-end teams Support development of C#/.NET Core backend features under guidance Assist in writing and executing basic SQL queries for data validation and testing Perform unit test writing and debugging with help from senior team members Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions Maintain technical documentation for assigned modules or components Youll need to have: Basic proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming Exposure to SQL Server and relational database concepts Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based communication Willingness to learn DevOps practices and CI/CD tools Strong communication and collaborative mindset What you should know: We treat our employees with respect and appreciation, not only for what they do but who they are.
