Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Design Engineer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new designs and products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing designs.
Develop and maintain detailed design documentation and records.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers.
Assist in the development of new design processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as CAD and simulation programs.
