Associate-Debt Syndication and Private Equity

As a Debt Syndication Associate at CapitalSquare, you will be responsible for raising debt from Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for various corporates across different industries. Your role will involve working on debt raising transactions, gathering and analyzing financial and operational information, preparing financial models, information memoranda, project reports, and related documents. You will also be involved in creating presentations, pitch books, coordinating with and building relationships with financial institutions, and assisting in the legal documentation and due diligence processes. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and verbal skills, the ability to work under tight timelines, and a high level of focus and self-motivation. Previous relevant experience in debt syndication is a must, and experience in origination would be an added advantage. You will work closely with Corporate Finance Clients in various sectors, maintaining and developing relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring a smooth transaction process through constant communication with clients and debt providers. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a CA qualification or an equivalent thereof. Freshers with a CA background are encouraged to apply.
