Job Title : Associate Dean Academic Location : Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat Parul University invites applications for the position of Associate Dean to assist the Dean and Principal in managing academic, research, and administrative functions across the following faculties: Engineering & Technology Physiotherapy Medicine Ayurved Pharmacy Homoeopathy Management Roles and Responsibilities Support the Dean and Principal in enhancing academic programs and administrative functions. Coordinate with departments to ensure updated curricula and smooth implementation of academic programs. Supervise academic sessions, ensuring teaching quality, decorum, and adherence to schedules. Implement examination protocols and maintain high standards for internal and external assessments. Analyze teaching loads, assess faculty requirements, and propose staffing needs to the university. Promote research activities, encourage publications, and build partnerships with industry and academic partners. Participate in academic committees (e.g., Board of Studies, Academic Council) and assist with accreditation and ranking processes. Ensure timely conduct of meetings and documentation. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to address challenges and gather feedback. Assist in preparing for institutional inspections and ensure timely updates of faculty-related information on the university website. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Dean. Eligibility Criteria Proven leadership in academic and administrative roles within higher education. Experience in curriculum development, research promotion, and accreditation processes.
