Role Overview: As an Associate- Database Management at Innovaccer, you will work closely with the Marketing team to maintain and optimize marketing databases, run data analysis, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Your role will involve managing customer segmentation, designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign results, and identifying trends for marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, update, and optimize customer databases to ensure accuracy and cleanliness for marketing campaigns. - Manage customer segmentation to customize marketing efforts for specific audience segments. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights. - Analyze campaign results, provide recommendations for improvement, and track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives. - Prepare and present regular reports on database health, campaign performance, and customer segmentation insights.
