Associate Data Scientist

As an Associate Data Scientist at Data Axle Inc., you will be a part of the Data Science Client Services team dedicated to identifying high-quality target audiences that drive profitable marketing returns for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and collaborate with a talented team to design, build, and deploy impactful predictive marketing solutions across different verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning algorithms within a modern Python-based cloud architecture. - Design or enhance machine learning workflows for tasks such as data ingestion, model design, model inference, and scoring. - Provide oversight on team project execution and ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Establish peer review guidelines to maintain high-quality coding standards, facilitate the growth of junior team members, encourage cross-training, and improve team efficiencies. - Visualize and communicate model performance results and insights to both internal and external audiences effectively. Qualifications Required: - Solid experience in data science, machine learning, and MLOps practices. - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-based technologies. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and guide a team towards successful project completion. - Excellent communication skills to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
