Associate Content Analyst - Org Masters

We are looking for an Associate Content Analyst to join our Org Masters Team in Chennai. This is an amazing opportunity to work on 'Web of Science'. We have professional editors skilled in bibliographic data curation for 'Web of Science' and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in data curation on research papers.

About You

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree (except in the field of Engineering/pharma)
• Can be a fresher or a talent with less than or equal to 1 year of experience in content operations.
• Must have good typing, data entry, excellent English written and verbal communication skills with good computer literacy.
• Must be equipped in using MS Office tools.

It would be great if you also have...

• Min 1 years of experience in content operations
• Advance MS office tools knowledge – Excel.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Curate information such as author name and affiliation details from the peer reviewed articles.
• Draft documentation relating to organization master workflows and processes.
• Build up expertise in organizations and their constituent facts such that you can recommend policies and processes to ensure a high level of data quality and consistency.
• Connect datasets across Clarivate products and unleash new and powerful insights for our customers.
• Identification of process improvement opportunities and implementing required actionable by - identifying process gaps /wastes

“Web of Science” product, caters to innovators and researchers by making a big change to the customers life who thesis or research is dependent on the exciting articles and journals that are available in “Web of Science”.

We are a multi-talented & multi-cultural team of 80+ people who work in different functionalities but effectively contribute to the overall product. We are team with Senior Content Manager, Team Manager, Content Analyst, Sr. Analyst, Product Owner, Content Specialist and Quality Analyst.

Hours of Work

09:00AM – 06:00PM (IST) (including an hour break)
