Associate Consultant Strategic Client Engagement

As an Associate Consultant, Strategic Client Engagement at the Professional Client Services department in New Delhi, India, you will be responsible for applying critical thinking to strategic and programmatic projects in the global public health sector. Your role will involve developing compelling communications materials, supporting project execution, analyzing scientific literature, supporting business development efforts, and coordinating with partners to ensure high-quality project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Develop compelling communications materials and data visualizations for diverse audiences - Support project execution, including coordination across cross-functional teams and overseeing data collection - Analyze scientific literature and healthcare landscape to inform recommendations on how Surgo Health's analysis and products can support client goals - Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and developing compelling materials to showcase Surgo Health's unique value - Coordinate with partners to ensure project deliverables are executed with high quality and impact Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience - 3-5 years of experience within healthcare, consulting, or innovative data-focused public health - Previous experience using data to understand challenges and develop solutions - Strong project management skills with a sense of ownership over project completion and a bias towards action - Strong critical and strategic thinking skills with deep intellectual curiosity - Resilient and outcome-focused in managing complex client needs - Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to create compelling presentations that synthesize data in a structured, clear, and well-formatted way Additional Details: - Location: India-based, ideally in Delhi NCR but flexible - Travel: Up to ~10% travel expected, primarily within India and Sub-Saharan Africa and to the US Joining this role offers you the opportunity to work with passionate colleagues, solve tough challenges in healthcare, be entrepreneurial, and experience tremendous growth.
