Associate Consultant (Sentinal GBO Team)

As a Senior level team member in the Global Business Operations (GBO) Business Process Help Desk (BPHD) Team, you will be responsible for working independently and interacting with all levels of management as well as part of the team. Your duties will include coordinating and managing change management procedures, which involves gathering user/entity change requirements, analysis, implementation, facilitation, support procedures, and maintenance of those changes. You will collaborate with the Business Team to analyze, execute, and support business requirements, effectively communicating complex technical application issues to the Business Team and other stakeholders. Your role will also entail continuously monitoring the system for data integrity and defects, and collaborating with the ITS teams to resolve any issues that may arise. You will play a key role in managing data integrity processes to ensure the highest quality over standard current data. Moreover, you will oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of applications, proactively anticipating and resolving potential issues regarding how those modifications would impact the data in the system or how the data would be presented with the modifications in place. Additionally, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, handling escalations, and collaborating with other team members to resolve cases in ServiceNow. Special projects may be assigned by management, and you will be expected to develop, improve, and maintain processes. The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously is essential in this role. Furthermore, there may be Project Management Leadership (PML) responsibilities associated with this position.,
