Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in forensic investigations and compliance. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough investigations and analyses to identify potential risks and threats. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, including findings and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to improve processes. ### Job Requirements Strong understanding of forensic investigations and compliance principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. Experience with market research, company profiling, and secondary research is an asset. Prior experience in transformation projects within the banking domain is preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills (English Language). Analytical bent of mind. Focused and target-oriented approach.
