Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate operations for Tech & Non-Tech Student Clubs, ensuring seamless functioning and active student participation. - Support the Student Council in planning and executing student-led initiatives, contributing to a dynamic and engaging student community. - Organize Masterclasses, Camps, and Mentorship Programs to enhance learning and career enrichment opportunities for students. - Assist in coordinating Industry Project logistics, student onboarding, and feedback processes, facilitating valuable hands-on experiences. - Plan and execute Mini Events, collaborate with cross-functional teams for Cultural Events, and coordinate logistics for Competitions & Hackathons, fostering a vibrant campus culture. - Manage Sports Infrastructure usage and student access systems, ensuring efficient operations and student engagement. - Support budget tracking and proposal evaluation processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of infrastructure and operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for communication, management, education, or tech backgrounds. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, event execution, student affairs, or community building roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in managing diverse initiatives. - Prior involvement in college clubs, fests, or student leadership roles is advantageous, showcasing a proactive and engaged approach to student activities. - Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Sheets, Slack, and Notion, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
