This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate in the Chairman's Office, located in New Delhi. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Chairman with daily research and admin tasks, coordinating with various departments, preparing reports and presentations, and managing correspondence. Your role will also include scheduling meetings, handling communications, organizing events, and performing research as required to support the Chairman's initiatives. To qualify for this role, you must have a Clinical degree as a must-have qualification. An MBA would be an added advantage. Those who do not have a medical degree should not apply. You should possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, report preparation skills, and meeting coordination expertise. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as correspondence management skills, are essential. Your interpersonal skills should include the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and independently. Additionally, you should have research and data analysis capabilities to support the Chairman's initiatives effectively.,
