*candidate must be flexible and comfortable working in both day and night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
Examine dental X-rays to ensure they meet the necessary standards
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of all insurance claims and communications
Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis.
Prepare and submit insurance claims for dental procedures, ensuring all required documentation and X-rays are included

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in writing emails
Problem-solving aptitude
Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data
Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
