As a Credit Management Process Expert at BSv organization, you will be utilizing your extensive knowledge of Credit Management to actively participate in or lead initiatives aimed at achieving service levels and key performance targets within the team. Your role will involve delivering high-quality and cost-effective services that drive positive business outcomes. Implementing customer-focused and compliant services will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, achieved through the adoption of frictionless finance practices, innovative technologies, and methodologies that promote efficiency and process enhancements. Your expertise in credit management will enable you to handle various standard credit management transactions, such as managing customer order holds and releases. This position is at an entry to mid-junior level in Finance Administration, requiring a strong team player who excels in building positive relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to take initiative, while also knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues when necessary. You will work closely with experienced Finance specialists to assist in progress reporting, task management, and documentation related to Finance activities.
