As an Associate - Business Operations, your role is to process all transactions (volume-based) and ensure compliance with quality and timelines. You will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with clients, both internal and external. Your duties and responsibilities include: - Providing excellent customer service and determining the needs of the client. - Addressing all queries and maintaining client relationships. - Ensuring completeness and timeliness of Data Processing. To excel in this role, you should have: - Good excel skills. - Hands-on experience in implementing business processes. - Proficiency in documentation and review of processes. - A Bachelor's degree.
