Associate Business Manager - Sales

Role Overview: As an Associate Business Manager - Sales at Livspace, your role involves utilizing your excellent creative thinking skills to create Modular designs based on client conversations. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients to assess their needs, adjust approaches based on feedback, and stay updated on Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas to clients. Your primary responsibilities include owning the Sales funnel, driving Sales Closure, managing Customer Experience during projects, ensuring quality and accuracy of design deliverables, and overseeing the end-to-end Project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure. - Manage Customer Experience throughout a project. - Lead and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. - Own the end-to-end Project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or relevant Diploma. - Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects. - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD. - Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution, Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications, installation details). - Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies. - Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading Design meetings with customers. - Behavioral attributes of being Result-oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication. - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
