Associate Business Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in our organization, your primary responsibilities will involve data mining, report production, dashboard preparation, and associated analytics for the process/LOBs related KRAs. You will also be responsible for identifying and supporting automation projects within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and standardize dashboards and MIS for the function. - Support the business by providing on-demand data extracts, validations, and consistency checks. - Identify and communicate potential improvements in data quality. - Deliver consolidated reports and dashboards with an approach towards standardization. - Manage access and data refresh for reports. - Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Automate and simplify various reporting trackers. - Create visualizations and innovative dashboards using relevant tools. - Work effectively within a team environment, representing the team at meetings and briefings for information gathering on current and future projects. Qualifications Required: - Education: Minimum of 10+2 or equivalent. - Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience. - Advanced Excel skills including working with formulas, Pivot tables, Power Point, Power Pivots, Power Queries, etc. - Hands-on experience with various BI Tools, preferably PowerBI, and VBA. - Proficiency in preparing various charts such as Pie, Bar, and Column. - Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. - Result-oriented approach to assigned activities/jobs. - Good knowledge of MS Office. - Ability to work well as a part of a team.
