Associate

As a Corporate and Commercial Litigation lawyer, you will primarily focus on handling cases related to the Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law before Trial courts in Bangalore. Knowledge or expertise in IBC or CPC is necessary for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and fluency in Kannada is preferred. Your responsibilities will include conducting research and independently drafting notices, plaints, and petitions. You will be required to coordinate with clients and junior associates for filing and ensure effective litigation management. Representing clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist seniors during the evidence and arguments stage of proceedings. The compensation for this position ranges from 4.5 to 7 lakhs based on your experience and skills. After completing 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be implemented. The probation period for this role is 3 months.
