With a people-first culture and a commitment to developing outstanding leaders, EY provides a collaborative and enriched environment for you to nurture your career. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for regular interaction with the US Onshore team and other RM teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand relevant data protection regulations and compliance requirements, with a focus on the US. - Manage the process for responding to data access requests and handle inquiries related to data access. - Lead and investigate incidents reported, ensuring effective communication with affected individuals. - Stay updated on changes in data protection laws and industry best practices for continuous improvement of data protection programs. - Prepare and maintain compliance reports, including communication with application owners for detailed data classification. - Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments and serve as the primary liaison with data protection authorities. - Provide transactional compliance support for the US Risk Management Team. - Liaise between the US onshore teams, risk management services team, and other functional areas within the firm. - Adapt to different databases and process steps to complete requests received. - Collaborate with the team, provide feedback for process improvements, and prioritize daily tasks effectively. **Qualification Required:** - MBA - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience - Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage By joining EY GDS, you will have access to world-class infrastructure, flexible working environments, and networking opportunities to enhance your career.
