Associate Analyst-US RM Enablement- Data Protection

Role Overview: As an Associate Analyst at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and globally connected powerhouse. Your role will involve regular interaction with the US Onshore team and other Risk Management teams to understand business requirements and provide necessary solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Understand relevant data protection regulations and compliance requirements, with a focus on the US. - Manage the process for responding to data access requests and handle inquiries related to data access. - Lead the incidents reported, including investigation, review, and communication with affected individuals. - Stay updated on changes in data protection laws and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of data protection programs. - Prepare and maintain compliance reports and communicate with application owners for detailed data classification. - Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments and serve as the primary liaison with data protection authorities. - Learn and understand key requirements of the firm, structure, business strategies, and different regulatory RMS rules and policies. - Provide transactional compliance support for the US Risk Management Team as per laid down standards. - Ensure regular follow-up with US onshore teams and assist in process completion. - Liaise between different US onshore teams, risk management services team, and other functional areas within the firm. - Adapt to different databases and process steps to complete requests received. - Deliver quality work in a timely manner and achieve objectives set based on the determined process methodology. - Collaborate with the team and provide feedback for process improvements. - Proactively plan and prioritize daily tasks and keep the team informed of the status. Qualifications Required: - MBA degree. - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. - Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
