Associate Analyst - Content QA

Role Overview: As an Associate Analyst - Content QA at JCPenney, you will be responsible for monitoring the JC Penney website/front-end Content for all channels, such as Dotcom, Mobile & App, with a focus on user experience. You will validate site navigation, content, ratings, reviews, product pages, and coupons to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your role will involve auditing and quality checking the website under the supervision of senior associates. Additionally, you will monitor the Content Operations mailbox, address queries from various business units, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of live pages without any issues. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor JC Penney website/front-end Content for all channels (Dotcom, Mobile & App) with a focus on user experience - Validate site navigation, department pages, content, ratings, reviews, product pages, and coupons - Proactively validate web pages and PDP enhancements to ensure a seamless customer experience - Audit and quality check the website under the supervision of senior associates - Monitor Content Operations mailbox and respond to queries from Business Units, Buyers, and Digital Merchants - Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and BLR under supervision of senior associates - Communicate through email and Teams chat with various teams to ensure the execution of live pages without any issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 0-2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations or support - Basic knowledge in MS-Excel - Good communication skills - Strong attention to detail Additional Details: The role may require working night shifts as and when the business requires.
